Laurette named Best Dressed at Sex in the City 2 Premier

Any excuse for the women of Mpumalanga to dress up! Much to the excitement of the "Sex And The City 2 Premier", at Casterbridge Cinema in White River;  this could be the best excuse ever, and we were right!

Wednesday night’s (7 July)  Vodacom, Nissan and Hospices’ screening and after-party was without a doubt a veritable fashion show of splashy colors and luxury labels. Over 120 ladies were invited and treated to gift bags, champagne, cocktails and ‘bottomless’ popcorn!

Many attendees eagerly waited to see what fashion delights they would witness in their own town.

After analyzing what outfits all these fabulous women had to offer, 6 women were nominated for Best Dressed. Judges then also mentioned that part of the criteria was a Business women, a Mother, a Wife, a women who is passionately Philanthropic and who, amongst all this, still keeps her body in shape and healthy. They named the winner –Laurette Batstone, Finalist for Mrs South Africa 2010 and Second was Yolanda Louw, also of Nelspruit.
